1. Our philosophy and commitments

Aneo is committed to protecting your personal data and strives to ensure a high level of protection in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Regulations”).  

As such, you will find below our personal data protection policy, which aims to provide you with information about how we collect and use your personal data in the course of our business. It applies to the websites www.aneo.eu and aneo.recruitee.com, hereinafter referred to as “the websites.”

2. Who is responsible for processing your personal data?


Aneo is a simplified joint stock company with capital of €92,906 - RCS Nanterre - B442 482 485 - VAT number: FR 42 442 482 485, located at 122, Avenue du Général Leclerc - 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt and represented by Pierre Sinodinos in his capacity as Founder. It is referred to by its name, “we” or “our” herein. 

Aneo, in its capacity as data controller, determines the purposes of processing your personal data and the means of processing used.

3. What personal data do we collect?


Through the use of our websites, we may collect information, some of which may identify you and constitute personal data. This is particularly the case when you fill out one of our forms. 

The different categories of data we collect are as follows:

first name, last name, email address, telephone number, company, subject, and comments
IP address, pages visited and requests, time and date of connection

We do not collect any data that is not necessary for the purpose of processing mentioned at the time of collection or data prohibited by law or regulation. 

The mandatory nature of personal data is indicated to you at the time of collection by an asterisk. Some data is collected automatically as a result of your actions on our websites, while other information may be transmitted by partners.

 

4. Why do we process your personal data?


We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes: 

The data is collected for the purpose of responding to your request and contacting you again in the context of direct marketing operations, prospecting activities, recruitment management, sending invitations to events organized by Aneo, and for our surveys and statistical studies.

5. And on what legal basis?


In accordance with regulations, the processing of your personal data by Aneo is justified if it is based on one of the following grounds:

Your consent to the processing of your personal data. You may withdraw this consent at any time; or 
The existence of a contract: the processing of personal data is then justified by the needs of the performance of the contract; or 
A legitimate interest in the processing of your personal data, provided that this proportionate interest respects your fundamental rights; or
The law or regulations in force.

6. Who are the recipients of your personal data?


Your personal data may be processed by our employees depending on the purposes for which it was collected and their respective needs. We may also transmit it, for certain tasks related to the purposes and within the limits of their missions, to the following categories of recipients:

Sales and marketing team
Recruitment team
Our subcontractors
Our partners responsible for data processing: Hubspot and AWS for hosting, Matomo for traffic statistics, the marketing agencies we work with: If Else Agency for the development of our web pages, the Webikeo platform for the management of our webinars, without data transfer outside the EU. 

We may also be required to transmit your personal data to French authorities, administrations, and courts, particularly in the context of legal proceedings or legal formalities requiring such communication. 

We do not trade your personal data.

 7. How is the security of your personal data ensured? 


Aneo attaches particular importance to the security of your data by ensuring that it is stored in conditions that guarantee its integrity, availability, and confidentiality, and we implement the appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with regulations. These measures include practices such as restricted access to data by strictly authorized persons.

8. How long is your personal data stored?

  • We store your data for the periods necessary to achieve the purposes set out above:
  • Cookies necessary to ensure the functioning of our sites, your use of the main features, and our statistics for a maximum period of 6 months. Cookies are managed by our Axeptio Cookie Management Platform. See the cookie policy page
  • Data relating to a contract
    Personal data collected via forms is collected for the purpose of responding to your request. The management of commercial prospecting by email is based on consent
  • Data collected as part of the newsletter subscription is kept until the person unsubscribes
  • Data relating to recruitment via the contact form.

9. Are your personal data transferred to third countries?


Aneo works mainly with service providers located in France. However, when necessary, the data we collect in the course of our business may be transferred to service providers located outside the European Economic Area.

In this case, we ensure that the transfer is carried out:

To a country whose level of protection has been deemed adequate by the European Commission;
Failing that, within the framework of standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or internal company rules.

10. What are your rights regarding your personal data?

In accordance with the GDPR, you have several rights regarding your data:

  • Right of access (you have the right to know whether we hold personal data about you and to obtain a copy of it in an understandable format);
  • Right to erasure (you can ask us to erase your data under certain conditions, as this is not an absolute right);
  • Right to rectification (you have the right to correct inaccurate data or complete certain information about you);
  • Right to restriction of processing (you have the right to ask us to temporarily freeze the use of your data in certain cases);
  • Right to object (you may object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data);
  • Right to portability (you can retrieve your data for personal use in a structured format or to transfer it, for example, to another online service that may offer new services);
  • Right to define post-mortem guidelines (you have the option of defining guidelines regarding the fate of your personal data after your death).
