Our Commitments
At Aneo, people are at the core of our CSR approach. We are committed to promoting equality, inclusion, and well-being at work in order to create a respectful, fulfilling, and supportive professional environment.

Quality of work life
We provide a flexible work environment, with a teleworking policy of 2 to 3 days per week and a charter for the right to disconnect. Our welcoming offices, internal events (Aneo Lunch, seminars, annual convention), and employee-led clubs strengthen social bonds.

Equality, Inclusion, and Diversity
Aneo promotes equal opportunity through a gender equality agreement, disability inclusion policy, and a diversity charter. Mandatory training raises awareness on sexism, harassment, and equality. Regular surveys track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Inclusive Company Culture
Our reference managers support employee development by highlighting both Aneo’s identity and individual uniqueness. Our organization in "Circles" encourages expertise sharing, innovation, and collaboration.

Community Support
We support solidarity and community projects through donation matching, sponsorships, and event organization. Key initiatives include:
- Le Classement des Associations, a national competition involving hundreds of student associations;
- The Odyssey Experience, a student-led project raising awareness about ocean conservation;
- Le Défi d’Elles Laponie 2025, a women’s race in support of the Petits Princes

We are committed to promoting responsible business practices, respecting human rights, and actively fighting corruption by ensuring transparency and integrity at all levels. These commitments are upheld through our Code of Ethics.

Respect for Human Rights
We ensure the respect of fundamental rights, including equal opportunity, non-discrimination, freedom of expression, and decent working conditions, both within our organization and among our partners.

Responsible Business Practices
Our practices are guided by ethical principles that guarantee transparency, fairness, and accountability toward all our stakeholders. We have implemented processes to prevent and detect any form of corruption and anti-competitive behavior in our business relationships.

IT Security and Data Privacy
We raise awareness among our employees about cybersecurity through an IT charter and an ANSSI e-learning course. We also ensure the protection and integrity of data and information systems.

At Aneo, environmental preservation is at the heart of our CSR strategy. Aware of our responsibility, we focus our efforts on two major areas: reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and managing resources responsibly.
Key actions :
- Low-Carbon Strategy : Following our first carbon footprint assessment in 2022, we implemented a roadmap to reduce our emissions. A new assessment was conducted in 2025 to measure our progress and refine our strategy.
- Resource Optimization : We are improving waste management, encouraging recycling and composting, and implementing a responsible purchasing policy focused on ethical and sustainable products.
- Sustainable IT Practices : We are reducing the environmental impact of our digital tools by limiting printing, refurbishing IT equipment, and managing our digital infrastructure more sustainably.
- Sustainable Mobility : Remote work is encouraged 2 to 3 days per week to reduce commuting and its associated carbon footprint.
- Awareness and Education : Aneo trains its teams on environmental issues through participatory workshops (Climate Fresk, Digital Fresk, and the “2 Tonnes” workshop). A CSR seminar is also mandatory for all new employees to embed these values from day one.
Our commitment is part of a continuous improvement approach, aiming to reconcile the growth of our business with respect for the planet.

Our Ecovadis Bronze Medal
Ecovadis, the global leader in CSR evaluation standards, ranks us in the top 35% of assessed companies, with a score of 64/100.
This recognition reflects our continuous commitment since 2019.

Our governance
At Aneo, our CSR roadmap governance relies on a collaborative and committed structure.
The Sustainable Engagement Committee (CED), in coordination with the Executive Committee (CODIR), sets annual priorities, goals, and indicators to meet our 2030 commitments.
Driven on the ground by a CSR community involving employees from all backgrounds, our approach results in concrete actions and collective mobilization.
This governance ensures the coherence, effectiveness, and transparency of our CSR strategy.
