Context

With generative AI growing fast, many organizations are wondering how it could reshape learning and development practices.
MNT, the leading mutual insurer for local public service employees, wanted to explore how these technologies could enrich its training systems and help employees better absorb and apply knowledge.
The goal was to move beyond theory and test, in a hands-on way, how generative AI could enhance an existing training module.
So, MNT launched a Proof of Concept (PoC) focused on its internal course The Fundamentals of PSC.
The aim: assess AI’s ability to create interactive learning simulations that strengthen practice and complement traditional formats. The project also sought to guide MNT’s future decisions around AI adoption in training programs.

The Solution

Aneo partnered with MNT to design and run a generative AI Proof of Concept for training.
The experiment involved integrating a tool that generated interactive educational scenarios, allowing learners to practice in situations close to real-life work cases.
Two formats were tested:

Interview simulations, where AI played the role of a conversation partner so trainees could experiment with different approaches.

Simulated evaluations, where AI acted as an examiner assessing participants’ knowledge and reactions.
This method offered a more immersive, personalized learning experience while keeping the structure of a solid training framework.
